What is aiternam

Anyone can say "I called it." After the fact, everyone did. Screenshots get cropped, tweets get deleted, and the confident voice in your feed only ever shows you the calls that worked out.

aiternam fixes the thing underneath all of that: it lets you publish verifiable, timestamped, immutable predictions and build a reputation founded on their demonstrated accuracy over time. It answers one question honestly — who actually has the best forecasting track record on a topic? Not who's loudest, most followed, or most confident. Who has been demonstrably right.

To make that answer trustworthy, aiternam asks you to accept two ideas that sound unusual until you see why they're the whole point:

You can't rewrite the past. Once you publish a prediction, you can't edit or delete it — not even we can. Every miss is as permanent as every hit.
Being right isn't enough. A call is scored against what the asset normally does, so the obvious call earns almost nothing and the brave, correct call earns a lot.

The life of one prediction

Say it's a Tuesday and you think Bitcoin is about to break its usual pattern.

You publish. You call BTC up over 1 month, at 75% confidence. You could add a precise price target; you leave it directional.
It's sealed — that instant. aiternam captures the entry price, computes a fingerprint over everything you committed, and stamps a trusted timestamp. From now on the prediction is immutable: the proof that you said this, then, can't be altered. Its fingerprint is even committed to Bitcoin, so the proof doesn't depend on trusting us.
A month passes. The deadline arrives. aiternam resolves the call automatically against the same price source it sealed at the start — no human judgment, no friendlier number chosen after the fact.
It's scored — against the baseline, not the crowd. BTC is up, so you're right. But your score isn't "correct, +1." It's measured against a skill-free baseline that already knew crypto tends to drift up. Beat that baseline and you gain; match it and you barely move; be confidently wrong and you lose ground.
Your reputation updates. That one score joins your whole career of resolved calls — decayed gently for recency, ranked conservatively so luck can't fake a record — and your standing reflects it.
