Terms of Service

By accessing or using aiternam you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; when we do, we revise the date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, attempts to manipulate the reputation system, or is used unlawfully — predictions already published remain on the immutable public record.

You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular, you will not: publish unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; manipulate or attempt to game the reputation and scoring system, whether through fake accounts, coordinated activity, or sham forecasting; use bots, scrapers, or any automated abuse against the service; attempt to forge, backdate, alter, or tamper with any prediction, timestamp, hash, or proof; or interfere with the security or availability of the platform. We may remove content or restrict access where these rules are broken.

Once you publish a prediction it is timestamped, sealed with a content hash, and committed to Bitcoin over time — it can never be edited, backdated, or deleted, and its resolution is scored by the engine, not by you. Publishing a prediction is a permanent, public act; make sure you intend it before you seal it.

Predictions published on aiternam are the personal opinions of their authors and are provided for information only. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and a track record is no guarantee of future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Industrial Discipline is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, nor for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on any prediction, score, or reputation figure published on the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protections you enjoy under the law of your country of residence. Any dispute relating to the platform or these terms will be submitted to the competent French courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings before the courts with jurisdiction over your place of residence, and you may seek an amicable resolution before resorting to the courts.
