The rule, in one sentence
You are a founding forecaster if you sealed at least one prediction before Jan 1, 2027. That is the whole rule.
It is a fact about you, carried by a timestamp hashed into your own call and committed to a Bitcoin block — so it is not a status we grant, and not one we could take back. Every date below opens the call that proves it.
The register
Ordered by first seal, earliest first. This is a chronological register, not a ranking: most founding forecasters have nothing resolved yet, and sorting a cohort by a track record that does not exist would mean nothing. Anyone who seals a call before Jan 1, 2027 joins it.
